Return your sample to site on your Day 2 and Day 8 test day

Proof of Travel and arrival date is required for Buy the test

Please fill out all details in the form.

1. Visit our Slough Clinic before in 4 to 6 weeks advance  and  buy the  Test  and collect your test kit.
2. Visit our Medical Centre on your day of test  to  with your swab to deposit your sample.
3. Email will be sent when Results and certificate ready on the Results Portal.
